What is the inspiration behind this EP? How did you come up with the name?
Hello friends from BRC, thanks for the opportunity to talk about my EP. This EP has a special story, during the entire creation process, the memory of my father that already passed away, came to mind. That is the reason for the name "Saudade", the Portuguese word for the sentiment of missing someone.
How did you overcome challenges to this EP? If there were any.
Like every song and EP, the main challenge is to create a story that conveys some feeling to the listener, that touches the soul. I believe we have 2 songs on this EP that can do that.
How did you decide on artists who would remix? And what do you think of the end result?
For this EP, we decided to have only original versions.
How did you find match in this label where your EP is releasing?
The Transensations label is already a well-established brand, and I'm lucky to have them as my friends. It's been an honor to release this EP with them.
An instrument or device that has been monumental in this EP? And why?
I really enjoy working with VST Diva. It allows for a wide variety of tones.
A release on Transensations, how is the impact of it going to be on your career?
It's a label with great reach and visibility, we'll certainly get good support!
How soon do you think you are going to return to Transensations?
We already have a remix scheduled to be released, the genius Andre Moret remixing my track "Derut". I believe it should be available soon!
