What is the inspiration behind this EP? How did you come up with the name?
I can say the objective of this EP was to go with the flow and not try to sound like anything or be anything particular and i put no boundaries on myself for these tracks, in fact they weren’t even made for a label, just self expression.
How did you overcome challenges to this EP? If there were any.
Deciding when to stop and call it a day in terms of adding elements was probably the biggest challenge.
How did you decide on the label who releases your music?
Dominique from Sound avenue was the one suggesting I release this on “One of those days”, Him and Bynomic (Patrick) saw something in these tracks and were ready to sign them. I sent him a bunch of tracks, more new on that later.
How did you find match in this label where your EP is releasing?
Like I said I had been working on a lot of tracks and wanted to share them with Dominique , he’s been super supportive and encouraging. He had informed me earlier that he’s starting a new label and the tracks could be release there. Consequently the label sound is something that matched with the tracks without really trying for it?
An instrument or device that has been monumental in this EP? And why?
WAVETABLE from Ableton haha i’ve been using it more and more and starting to design sounds from scratch, its truly a beautiful and resourceful synth.
How soon can we expect your next release and what is that going to be about?
I have a self release track dropping literally two days after this EP called “Let me go”
Another few are in label consideration right now ,So, i can only announce them when they are a certainty.
